TERMS AND CONDITIONS - HR Directors Indonesia Summit 2026

1. This is an exclusive invite-only gathering designed to connect solution providers with top-level leaders in the HR industry. Attendance is recommended for decision-makers who are directly involved in the daily management of their organizations.
2. The organizer will prepare name badges and souvenirs. Should you need to replace your representative, kindly inform us no later than April 29, 2026.
3. The summit will commence on April 29, 2026, at 08:00 AM. All participants are expected to arrive punctually.
4. Full participation across the entire program is required, covering both days from April 29-30, 2026.
5. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all sessions. If early departure is unavoidable due to urgent matters, please notify the organizer in advance.
6. Business-appropriate attire is required. Sleeveless tops, shorts, and sandals are not permitted.
